Review information from members to ensure eligibility. Provide knowledgeable assistance. Answer and respond to employees’ email/telephone inquiries/concerns and walk-ins regarding retirement questions Responsibilities:Monitor the HFD Department’s Retirement Email account. Explain to HFD members the various retirement election options. Electronic File Management.Create electronic Folders for members' Separation/Retirement documents received. Schedule appointments with employees if necessary. Generate Routing Slips to appropriate HFD personnel, HR, and Payroll. Notify appropriate Generalist based on member’s alpha via email of member’s Retirement/Separation. Interact with HR OVS and Payroll as needed. Maintain communication with HFD Qualifications and Requirements:Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science, Liberal Arts, or a related fieldThree years of related professional experience in human resources are required.
