Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Senior HR Partner at our Stuttgart, Arkansas manufacturing facility, you will have the opportunity to provide superior leader and employee service, identify and implement strategies to enhance the employee experience, and maintain our position as an employer of choice.   
 
In this role, you will be trusted to: 

Collaborate with leaders to support full-life cycle of employee management while identifying opportunities for process improvements striving for world-class HR partnership. Investigate employee relation issues and provide recommendations on action or outcomes. Analyze data on employee metrics to develop actions/recommendations for improvement. Maintain confidentiality of information and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information Coach leadership to improve work relationships, build morale, and improve hourly retention metrics. Lead/Participate in projects that focus on improving factory execution.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

 

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, and experience. Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR Generalist Experience Knowledge of HR techniques, applications, and programs Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting. Must have strong communication skills, including both written and verbal.   Ability to utilize and recognize ways to improve workflow efficiency and implement change. Manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to influence others and make tough decisions with professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and data analytics expertise.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $76k - $95k and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.
