As a Sr HVAC/BAS/Fire Field Service Technician and part of the Service team here at Honeywell, you will be tasked with the supervision of installation and service of systems that will include, BAS/DDC, fire alarm, security, access controls in a commercial, educational, construction and or retrofit environment. You will be expected to perform testing and start-up support functions across a wide range of electronic Fire Alarm/Security/ Direct Digital Controls (DDC)/ Building Automation Systems (BAS), which will include proprietary software packages.
\nYou will report directly to our Field Service Manager.
\n**Must reside within 150 miles of the Honeywell Louisville, KY site (9901 Linn Station Road, Louisville, KY 40223).
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\nInstall, maintain, and repair various fire safety systemsProgram, troubleshoot, and maintain building automation systems to ensure optimal operating efficiencyConduct regular system diagnostics to prevent potential issues through predictive maintenanceCollaborate with the engineering team to integrate fire safety and BAS solutionsProvide training and support to junior technicians and other team membersEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and standardsDocument all service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records\n\nBENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL
