The Sr. Incentive Consultant is responsible for administration, management, reporting and analysis of Retail incentive results. Responsibilities include ensuring adequacy of controls, managing network communications and questions, reconciliations and Incentive reporting and program efficacy. The role will support the function by providing business analysis and issue resolution to aid management and give guidance on the program. The colleague will liaise with key business partners and infrastructure areas within Private Client - Core Banking to ensure a fair delivery of the incentive program. Will provide advice on program design, analytics and the financial implications of business trends.
+ 35% - Administer and validate, timely and accurate incentive payouts by performing day to day required processes, identifying ways to improve the quality and productivity to gain efficiencies.
+ 25% - Resolving crediting inquires by adhering to plan guidelines and following all controls and mandatory plan governance to ensure well-founded decision-making & administration.
+ 25% - Collect, review, and analyze data and/or documentation to ensure achievements with the LOB financial objectives, key performance metrics, policies, procedures and/or regulatory and risk requirements. Produce incentive related analysis including ongoing performance analysis contribution to Sales/Revenue and a Total Compensation view for all positions.
+ 10% - Completion of Performance Management Framework deliverables such as but not limited to targets, measurements, and assessments for the applicable LOB organization.
+ 5% - Fostering strong relationships with the immediate team, Business Line Partners and lager Sales Performance Management Team.
Required Skills/Experience:
+ 5+ years of relevant work experience in incentive compensation
+ Attention to detail and data reconciliation skills in the process of translating data into information
+ Strong problem-solving and time-management skills, a superior customer service orientation and analytical capability
+ Ability to multi-task, prioritize and function efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
+ Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to support others through training and coaching
+ Strong experience with MS Excel
+ Ability to build repeatable processes that are streamlined & automated
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with a focus in Management Information Sciences or Finance
+ 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree may be considered
Preferred Skills/Experience:
+ Banking/Financial industry experience
+ Solid working knowledge of database principles and concepts
+ Tell a story through data visualization
+ Strong MS PPT skills
+ Access database, SQL development, Tableau development or other BI tools a plus

Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per week: 40
Work Schedule: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $ 81,823 - $ 122,734 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
