Are you in? **Primary Purpose** **PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION** This job is responsible for developing internal procedures for systems use/operation in accordance with business process requirements. This position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies. **Primary Duties** **PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES** + Meets with customers to understand future business requirements. Coordinates the development of business cases to gain client approval. Communicates with stakeholders to effectively prioritize deliverables. + Proactively maintains thorough working knowledge of industry trends and the technology and applications that are applicable to Division and Corporate business processes. + Coordinates and provides training to end users as necessary. Makes presentations to large and small groups as needed. + Understands business processes and provides guidance for end users.
