Primary Responsibilities:

Lead critical infrastructure and application Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, plan development and maintenance Support the development, scheduling, and facilitation of recovery exercises for critical infrastructure, applications, components, and teams Administer access, maintenance, and support updates to the Resiliency Management System in place to support the DR program Support criticality determination and provide guidance on environments/products/services that may require recovery capability Support Change Management impacts to the DR environment Initiate and lead innovation and recommendation initiatives Work closely between business, application, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements that contribute to criticality determination and right-size solutions Support client Business Impact Assessment (BIA) discussions Support DR program milestones forecast - development, refresh, and exercise schedule up to a year and a half out Develop and maintain program knowledge management - process, workflows, and procedures Maintain and report out on key performance metrics and billing related to the DR program Assist in training facilitation in support of a self-service delivery model where required Lead or participate in Event Management and facilitate recovery efforts, if necessary Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

Graduate degree or equivalent experience 7+ years working in IT related field 5+ years Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and IT Service Management 3+ years working with data center applications in an audited environment (SOX/PCI/HIPAA) Experience working in a dispersed and segregated environment with many different teams Proficient in Microsoft Office Proven solid communications and documentation skills Willing or ability to occasional travel off site
