**558242BR** **Title:** *Sr Infrastructure Engineer **What you'll do...** **:** Develop an Enterprise approach to system specification, engineering, operational, administrative, capacity management, maintenance, and support services for the H&R Block information technology infrastructure. Support design, deployment, management, and inter-operational relationships of technologies that include: Windows Server, Azure Active Directory, Hybrid Exchange and email security platforms, server monitoring, Virtual Server management, network routing and switching, cloud technology, Microsoft M365 suite and administration, and Microsoft Security. Provide support in technical support escalation, operational logistics, incident and problem resolution services resulting in deployments with optimal Mean Time to Restore (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) characteristics. Participate in the engineering and deployment planning of infrastructure systems. Engage as the Tier 2 escalation point to satisfy requests for new applications or functionality or resolve system, software or hardware deficiencies in existing systems. Six years of network systems administration to include: + Maintain corporate networking infrastructure (MPLS, VPN, Windows Server, Azure Active Directory and Hybrid Exchange). + Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps and Power Automate). + PowerShell scripting for task automation and configuration management. + Security measures to safeguard email communication, including anti-spam, anti-malware, and encryption protocols. + Manage Microsoft Exchange Online and integrate with other Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint and Teams. + Microsoft Azure cloud services and the cloud ecosystem for scalability. + Microsoft Azure Automation. + Configuration management with Terraform.
