As a Sr Inside Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal\nrole in driving revenue growth for Honeywell Industrial Automation. Your\nresponsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies,\nbuilding strong customer relationships, and providing strategic insights to\nsenior management. Your expertise in inside sales, leadership, and strategic\nthinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to\nits overall business growth and market leadership.
You will report directly to our Sales Director and you’ll work out of our\nSuzhou, China location.
In this role, you will impact the company by effectively driving revenue\ngrowth, contributing to the company's financial success, and strengthening its\nmarket position. Your ability to develop and implement sales strategies, build\nstrong customer relationships, and provide strategic insights will position\nHoneywell as a leader in the industry and drive the company's growth and\ncompetitiveness in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive revenue\ngrowth and meet or exceed sales quotas by driving daily management of\nmature distributors, including but not limited to price management, order\ntracking, shipment records, inventory management, etc.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers,\nunderstanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement\nand drive continuous sales performance improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer\nonboarding, order processing, and support
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to\ndrive business growth and market leadership
• Channel Management Support and Opportunities\nReporting/Management
• Develop\nand implement sales analytics strategies to drive business growth
• Analyze\nsales data and provide insights to optimize sales performance, including pipelines analysis\nand quality\ndrive,pipelines reports,\nand dashboard build\naccording to business requirement
• Add-hoc sales/sales support related activities/initiativesYOU\nMUST HAVE
• \nMinimum of 6 years of experience in sales
• \nProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue\ngrowth
• \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and\ntechniques
• \nExcellent communication and negotiation abilities
• \nAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and\ninternal stakeholders
