The individual will utilize expertise in adult. learning theory and instructional design to assess needs, create, develop, and implement engaging and interactive learning experiences that provide value and drive results, equipping sellers for success. Responsibilities : + Develop a wide array of training content, including online training, assessments, role plays, job aids, presentations, and user guides that support onboarding, continuous development, and product training. + Translate complex information and ideas into concise user-friendly content via clear instructions and explanation. + Collaborate cross functionally to design effective learning experiences. + Create assessments, exercises, and quizzes using AI to evaluate learners’ knowledge and understanding. + Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and stakeholders throughout the design process. + Evaluate and revise existing content based on KPIs, product updates, and process changes to maintain its relevance and accuracy. + Stay current with trends and best practices in instructional design. Work Location:Philippines, Makati City Qualifications: Experience: + 5+ years enablement experience. + Demonstrated expertise in instructional design for sales roles. + Knowledge of learning and development principles and practices, adult learning theory, curriculum design, needs assessment and evaluation methodology. + Experience with learning management systems, authoring tools and enablement platforms. + Demonstrated ability to translate product features, specifications, and technical complexities into accessible learning content. + Strong editing, writing, and communication skills with the ability to create clear instructional content and scripts, and to edit others' work to meet department standards.
