We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Conduct product training to support and deliver new product launches and lead client education events to help client gain better knowledge of financial markets and financial solutions.Follow the needs-based sales process, give clients a meaningful and consistent wealth experience and ultimately provide an outstanding client experienceSupport RMs to gain more client trust and commitment in broadening and deepening their relationship with HSBC, and increase the effectiveness and quality of needs fulfilled for target clientsStrengthen HSBC’s image as a leading wealth provider by providing clients with access to advanced technical product expertiseConduct portfolio reviews with RMs, assess product suitability and market and regulatory change impact to products held by clients as appropriate, identify opportunities and manage risksJoin RMs in meeting clients and provide advice, input based on technical knowledge while acting as a second point of contact to RMs for specific products and solutionsComplete transaction independently for those clients only have insurance needs in the meeting.Improve RMs product specific technical knowledge by effective on-job coaching and trainingActivity: (Joint) meeting, Training, Coaching, Client Seminar, Portfolio Review, Policy Review提供新产品培训,帮助客户获得更好的理财市场信息和解决办法。根据客户财务需求,分享合适的财富管理经验和提供良好的客户体验帮助客户经理获得并加深客户信任,提高满足客户财务需求的有效性和质量利用先进的技术专长,加强客户对汇丰在财富管理市场上的领先形象帮助客户经理梳理客户财务组合,根据市场和政策变化,判断潜在机会并管理风险,对客户持有产品进行相应调整陪同客户经理约见客人,并基于产品和解决方法提供专业建议保险专家可独立完成有保险产品需求客户的销售流程利用专长给客户经理提供辅导和培训财务安全规划经理的活动包括客户会见及陪同销售、培训、辅导、客户沙龙、客户资产组合回顾及保单回顾等。
