Sr Internal Auditors are expected to have internal and/or compliance audit experience and to demonstrate proficiency in performing internal and compliance audit work which conforms to professional standards. Assigned work is expected to be carried out with limited supervision. **Exceptional Skills and Qualifications** Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving. · Bachelor’s degree required. · In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered. · Three (3) years of healthcare auditing and/or internal control documentation and evaluation experience required. · Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) through the Institute of Internal Auditors or other related certification strongly preferred. · Proficiency in applying audit tests/procedures and accurately interpret results against defined criteria and do so such that the work is competently and efficiently performed in accordance with professional and departmental standards. · This position will allow the flexibility to work from home and may have expectations to work on-site on an as needed basis based on business needs. **Why Community?** At Community Health Network, we build teams that deliver exceptional care through empathy, communication and collaboration.
