Summary:

The Sr. International Financial Analyst will report directly to the Director of International Finance and Transformation and play a pivotal role in supporting the financial operations of our global organization. The Sr. International Financial Analyst position is located at our Seattle Support Center and will support financial activities for international subsidiaries located in Europe, Asia and Latin America. This position will require a strong understanding of international accounting standards (IFRS and US GAAP), high proficiency in financial analysis tools (Power BI, SAP), and demonstrated expertise of cost accounting concepts. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with global finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, drive process improvements, and support strategic decision-making.

Financial Analysis:Prepares financial reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making.Conducts in-depth financial analysis of global subsidiaries, including profitability, cost structure, and performance metrics; identifies trends, variances, and potential risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.Accounting and Reporting:Ensures accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with IFRS, HGB, and US GAAP.Assists in the preparation and review of annual financial statements and statutory filings for global subsidiaries.Reconciles general ledger accounts and investigates discrepancies.Cost Accounting:Applies cost accounting principles to analyze product costs, profitability, and variances.Implements and maintains cost accounting systems, including SAP CO-PA and Material Ledger.International Finance:Supports the financial operations of global subsidiaries, including budgeting, forecasting, and currency management.Assists in the implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations.Global Transformation Initiatives:Collaborate with other Global Process Owners to identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement projects.Provide financial analysis and support to assess the feasibility and impact of proposed changes.Contribute to the development of standardized processes and procedures across the organization.Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to enable process transformation.

This is a salaried exempt position with an annualized salary range of $90k to $115k.
