Reporting to the Vice President, Tax, this position will manage all aspects of the U.S. impacts of international tax for the company. This position will work with outside firms to prepare and review international income tax returns and workpapers and ensure compliance for the Company. The position will also provide support for various tax planning initiatives and continually strive to improve processes and assist with implementing best practices within the Tax department.
Detailed Description:
Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end income tax provisions for U.S. international and foreign tax impacts Manage transfer pricing documentation for all jurisdictions Manage all international forms 5471/8858/1118/etc. and all supporting attachments Manage all CbC reporting Manage FBAR filings Prepare and filing of VAT, WHT, and GST returns Preparing taxable income filings and projections for GILTI, BEAT, and Subpart F inclusions Maintain E&P calculations Prepare and review intercompany analysis for all foreign jurisdictions Prepare and maintain/review all cross border transactions Assist with Merger & Acquisition structuring and due diligence analysis Maintain and reconcile all foreign income tax accounts Manage all foreign legal entity maintenance and planning Assist with SOX control documentation Monitor current U.S. and international income tax developments and legislative changes and advise Vice President, Tax on tax updates relevant to the Company Respond to inquiries from IRS and international tax authorities, as applicable Perform tax research for international issues, as requested Other duties and projects, as assignedJob Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or related field of study with a concentration on tax 10 + years of U.S. international income tax experience with Big 4 and/or a multinational corporation CPAPreferred Qualifications:
Master’s in tax, accounting, or related field of study 7-10+ years of U.S. international income tax experience with Big 4 and/or a multinational corporation Fluent in Spanish is a major plus RIA Checkpoint, Corptax, and Oracle and SAP ERP systems experienceAdditional Details:

It also requires the physical ability to work in an office environment including the ability to sit for extended periods of time while performing office or computer tasks.
