Sr IT Analyst Manager

We have an opportunity for a Sr IT Analyst Manager to join us at Honeywell in Bucharest, Romania. As a Sr IT Analyst Manager, you will lead and manage a team of EDI IT analysts, overseeing the analysis and implementation of Customer EDI solutions to support the business objectives of Honeywell. You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects and initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of a global technology company. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

You will report directly to our IT Sr. Director and you'll work out of our Bucharest, Romania location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT systems and processes, driving innovation and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in aligning IT solutions with business needs and ensuring the successful implementation of technology projects.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of EDI  IT analysts, providing guidance and support in the analysis and implementation of IT solutionsCollaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define EDI IT strategies and objectivesOversee the delivery of EDI IT projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budgetDrive continuous improvement in EDI IT systems and processes, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiencyEnsure compliance with EDI IT policies, standards, and best practicesYOU MUST HAVE:8+ years of experience in IT analysis and project managementStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesProven track record of delivering IT projects on time and within budget
