You will report directly to our Director of IT Architecture Planning, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.
This role has Hybris Operational responsibilities, as part of the Customer & Commercial Excellence Organization. The C&CE portfolio of projects includes Digital Customer Experience and Commercial Excellence Solutions, including Web, Commerce, SalesForce.com, etc. The Hybris Tech Architect has the responsibilities grouped in the following buckets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Platform / Solution Delivery
Experience in DevOps Solution Strategic thinker with sales intelligence, a strong presence and the ability to create, influence, and drive customer vision.
Platform Strategy and Feature Roadmap Management
Integrate SBG specific business processes related to Hybris into the Customer & Commercial Excellence (C&CE) Enterprise IT strategy Research and recommend innovative and contemporary technology solutions by leading R&D and POC efforts for Hybris solutions Ensure alignment and support of all critical systems relative to security and data privacy policies and standards inclusive of accessibility, vulnerability, and website inventory management. Ensure the platform is up to date with the latest versions.Solution & Service Optimization
Should be able to review design documents from the development team to ensure adherence to proper architecture. Should be able to communicate with Business and work with them to solve the critical issues. Should be able to lead the team during any critical issues and give regular update to business with clear details. Must understand the end-to-end architecture of the eCommerce solution and collaborate with other teams to resolve issues. Must ensure the SAP Commerce Cloud environment is up-to-date, fully operational, compliant with SAP standards, and running on the latest version. Must adapt to new technologies and frameworks as needed.
