Job Description The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in IT audit within large global banks, with a strong focus on IT General Controls (ITGC), IT Application Controls (ITAC), and cybersecurity. Key Responsibilities:  · Lead and manage multiple client engagement teams, providing oversight and direction throughout the audit lifecycle.  · Develop and execute comprehensive IT audit plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.  · Evaluate and enhance clients' information systems and internal control processes, focusing on ITGC and ITAC.  · Identify and assess cybersecurity risks, providing strategic recommendations to strengthen security posture.  · Maintain and build relationships with client management, serving as a trusted advisor on IT risk and control matters.  · Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to provide informed insights to clients. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Skills and Requirements · Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.  · Minimum of 10 years of IT audit experience within large global banks, with a focus on ITGC, ITAC, and cybersecurity.  · Proven experience in managing and delivering complex IT audit engagements.  · Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IT risk and controls.  · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior client management. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management and development. · In-depth knowledge of banking industry regulations and compliance requirements.  · Experience with data analytics and emerging technologies in the context of IT audit.
