**Job Description:**
We are searching for the best talent for **Sr IT Manager- webMethods platform** to be in Raritan, NJ.

This role provides an opportunity to define and shape the CI/CD pipeline architecture, processes, guidelines, operational procedures for the MuleSoft based deployments
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ The Sr IT Manager will be the overall SME and fully accountable individual for all the global webMethods platforms managed by JJTS Application Integration platforms service
+ The Sr IT Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the all webMethods instances and the related infrastructure components including Databases, storages etc
+ The Sr IT Manager will work with developers, testers, and operations teams to ensure that the platform is up and running as per the defined SLAs..
+ The Sr IT Manager will also be responsible for monitoring the platforms and identifying and resolving any issues.
+ The Sr IT Manager will be managing a global team of employees(direct/dotted) and contractors
+ Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
+ Forecasts the entire software development life cycle, including planning, designing, testing, and deploying applications.
+ Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
**Qualifications**
+ A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in information technology or related fields is required.
+ Minimum 7 years of validated IT experience with confirmed delivery
+ 5 years of demonstrated ability in webMethods platform management in a large global environment
+ Solid knowledge of underlying infrastructure components
+ Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
**Preferred:**
+ Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Bitbucket experience
**Other:**
+ Superb communication and collaboration skills
+ Must be a phenomenal teammate and lead teams
+ Up to 10% travel as needed

**The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**
$137,000-$ 235,750
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
