Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior IT Network Engineer to join our IT team. In this role, you will be key in designing, deploying, and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring it remains reliable, secure, and scalable to meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Design and Deployment:
Lead the design, setup, and rollout of network solutions tailored to business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and enhance network infrastructure.

Network Optimization & Performance Management:
Monitor, manage, and optimize network performance and security. Quickly troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Implement strategies for capacity planning and scaling.

Security & Compliance:
Enforce robust network security protocols, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access control measures. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Documentation & Reporting:
Develop and maintain detailed network documentation, including architecture diagrams, configurations, and change logs. Provide regular reports on network performance, capacity, and security.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Guide and support junior engineers and IT staff. Foster a collaborative environment by mentoring team members and encouraging knowledge sharing.

Project Management:
Lead network-related projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and budget adherence. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Vendor & Supplier Management:
Assess and manage relationships with network equipment vendors and service providers. Ensure vendors meet project specifications and performance standards.

Must Haves:

5+ years of experience in enterprise network environmentsStrong expertise with Cisco networking hardwareProficient in Layer 2 switching and Layer 3 routing principlesIn-depth experience with MPLS and WAN technologiesFamiliarity with Cisco DMVPN is a plusExperience with Cisco Firepower is a plusExposure to zero-trust security models is a plus (1405193)_1738078865 To Apply for this Job Click Here
