Northern Trust's Information Security program is seeking a DevOps Sr. Lead to align with our Wealth Management or Asset Servicing business units. Reporting to the BISO, this person will be an evangelist for all things Application Security in their respective business unit.
Day-to-Day:
Has strong knowledge of all application security requirements and the impacts on business partners and associated application teams. Ensures that partners understand their security responsibilities are positioned to meet them.Provides direct and constructive feedback to the Information Security Program regarding opportunities to improve.Holds business partners to account to ensure they are meeting their security requirements regarding vulnerabilities, security configuration, privileges and any other security findings. Able to quickly establish trust with business and technology partners. Work independently. Prioritizes and sets own agenda based on facts on the ground.Experience / Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of application security best practices including but not limited to:SAST, DAST, MFA, Penetration Testing and OWASP vulnerabilities.Experience operating in mid to large size companies with mature cyber / risk management departments.Excellent communication, analytical and relationship management skills.Experience developing code in instances with mature enterprise pipelinesWorking with Us:
