Are you ready to support the security of our leaders and high-level executives? As an Executive Protection Specialist within our Corporate Security team, you'll be on the front line of protecting people and property. Your role will encompass physical security, emergency planning, data privacy, information protection, and incident management. You’ll conduct risk analysis, provide close protection services, and ensure a safe and secure environment.

This role isn’t just protecting individuals – it’s a vital operation for facilitating trust and safety within our organization. With your expertise in executive protection, you'll lead the charge in deploying high-tech solutions that meet compliance with regulations and industry standards, ensuring the utmost confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.

As an Executive Protection Specialist, you will:

Performing threat assessments by analyzing potential dangers and risks against the protected individuals, including physical, digital, and reputation threats. Provide close protection services.  Physically accompany the primary protected individual to provide immediate protection. Secure transportation by planning and coordinating safe travel arrangements, including vehicle escorts and route surveillance. Provide advance team services by scouting locations and assessing potential security risks before the protected individual arrives. Reviewing surveillance countermeasures to detect and mitigate potential stalking or surveillance activities. Provide event security for the protected individual for company-sponsored events, large-scale events, Board of Directors meetings, government meetings, and other events based on risk assessments. Provide emergency response planning by developing procedures to handle crisis situations like medical emergencies or active threats.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma/GED5 years experience in corporate securityReadiness to travelMust be prepared to work normal and flexible hoursMaintain relationships with Federal, State and Local law enforcement and other government agencies in support of private-public partnershipCPR/First Aid certified

Preferred Requirements:

Bachelor's degreeRetired law enforcementExperience with physical security technology, contract security management, risk assessment and analysis, emergency preparedness, and investigations/incident management. General security, project management / team leader.Decision making under pressure.Ability to operate in a remote environmentAbility to work independently and with a teamEvent security experience
