You have held roles where you regularly communicate and defend ideas to a broad audience of stakeholders. Like what you see? **Apply now!** **TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:** + **E** **xperience** : You’ll have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 8–10 years of progressive experience as a product manager, with a proven track record of delivering successful products. + **Structured problem-solving** : Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguity, analyze complex problem spaces, and approach problems with curiosity and a drive to understand. + **Collaboration & leadership** : Thrive on gathering diverse perspectives, aligning teams, and influencing decisions across leadership, product, engineering, design, and business operations. + **Communications & storytelling** : Distill complex ideas into clear, actionable narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences, articulating a compelling product vision. + **Customer focus** : Passion for understanding client needs and crafting solutions that deliver meaningful results.
