You will be responsible for developing and optimizing processes, maintaining high-quality standards, overseeing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. **The Main Responsibilities** + Allocate personnel, budget, and technical resources effectively to ensure project success. + Identify potential issues and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies, with the ability to proactively address risks to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables. + Maintain regular updates with executives, stakeholders, and team members, facilitating clear and transparent communication to ensure alignment and manage expectations. + Establish and optimize development methodologies and workflows, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity. + Ensure software meets quality standards and requirements, conducting regular reviews and audits to maintain high-quality deliverables. + Manage project finances and track expenditures, ensuring projects are delivered within budget constraints. + Monitor progress against deadlines and adjust plans as needed, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and final deliverables. **What We Look For in a Candidate** + Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or equivalent work experience. + 8+ years of experience in Program Management roles, specially within engineering teams is preferred + Passionate and innovative with a proven track record of success; an action-oriented, strategic and creative thinker with a detailed focus on implementation and on-going execution of training programs in the field. + Must be self-directed, results-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, continually changing environment. + Excellent communication skills including an ability to communicate and work effectively with staff at all levels of the organization. + Demonstrates aptitude for analyzing complex issues and developing the appropriate solutions. + Demonstrated success in planning and driving training and employee development initiatives in a subscription business within a call center environment. + Ability to exhibit strong strategic planning and cross-functional partnership, providing tactical direction and driving a large team to achieve predefined performance metrics within sales and retention frontline operations. **Compensation** This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
