Job Description Insight Global is looking for an experienced Senior RPA Developer for one of our major retail clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotic process automation (RPA) and a passion for developing innovative solutions to streamline business processes. The teams responsibility is to embed intelligent automation into every team and department, allowing for optimization and efficiency. As a Sr Lead RPA developer, you will design, develop, and implement scalable RPA solutions using UiPath, creating complex workflows and reusable components. The successful candidate will integrate RPA with MS Azure, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems, ensuring secure API interactions. The role involves deploying and managing RPA solutions on Azure/AWS, utilizing CI/CD pipelines, and working with SQL & NoSQL databases. Additionally, you will also create and maintain process documentation, implement security controls, and handle data transformation. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to improving development standards. Skills and Requirements 5-7 years of experience in API and GUI automation Must have UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (UiARD) Strong hands-on experience with UiPath (minimum 3 years in complex RPA automation) Expertise in designing and integrating RPA solutions with enterprise systems like Azure, ServiceNow, Salesforce, POS, Oracle, and payment gateways Solid SQL, C#, VB.Net, and web services experience for custom automation development Proficiency working with OAuth 2.0 authentication and API security best practices Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) for automated bot deployments Ability to write and maintain PDDs and SDDs to document automation processes Experience with Generative AI Knowledge of MS Power Automate, Power Apps, and how they complement UiPath automation null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
