Sr Leadership Facilitator

This position is responsible for implementing and executing leadership initiatives while providing guidance and feedback for consistent delivery of company-wide programs. Delivers leadership programs aligned with company goals and strategic direction. Responsible for learning facilitation for upper management to Vice Presidents and above. This job requires at least 10 years of training delivery experience at professional level and at least 3 years of leadership training experience.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitate learning to the Vice President and up audienceUse a variety of delivery methods to develop participants' skill sets. This includes classroom Instruction, virtual training, team meetings, on-line learning debriefs, hands-on labs, peer to peer coaching, and train-the-trainer sessionsModel exceptional facilitation skills for front-line leader audiencesManage the classroom and participants during training by tracking attendance, addressing inappropriate behavior and documenting performance, both strengths and development needsTroubleshoot technical issues and problems before and during sessionsPerform all administrative duties including class preparation, schedule administration, and participant record maintenance (e.g., evaluations and attendance). Performs all LMS prerequisite requirements and post-training duties including evaluationEnsure that materials are ordered, rooms are booked and meals are coordinated as appropriateFollow facilitator guide to lead learners through appropriate activities, discussions and debriefsSeek input from and provides feedback to learners to aid with knowledge transfer and behavior changeIncorporate business expertise to bring key points to life and seek learner engagementExhibit a commitment to continuous learning by pursuing development opportunities to obtain additional expertise and strengthen core skills, building and improving job-related knowledge and leadership skills while seeking feedback from othersSeek input from and provides feedback to leaders on success of learners and learning programsAct as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist the curriculum development team with revisions to existing course contentParticipate in task forces, committees and/or team meetingsWork one-on-one with learners to identify areas of strength and opportunityRecommend leadership content and solutions to address business challenges to learnersFacilitate 360 Coaching for leadersCommunicate and facilitate exceptionally for audiences through senior level leadershipIncorporate business expertise to bring key points to life through interactive dialogueProvide guidance to peers on best practices to manage the classroom environmentDemonstrate expert industry and company specific knowledgePartner with HR leaders and Org Effectiveness on development solutions for team off-sites and summitsTake lead training role in task forces, committees and/or team meetings providing learning subject matter expertiseFacilitate the self-discovery of strengths and opportunities for development in othersServe as a role model and mentor for other team membersProvide one-on-one executive coachingRecommend leadership solutions to address business challengesServe as a team leadPerform other duties as requested

Required Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and/or work experience

The base pay for this position generally is between $78,900.00 and $139,500.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
