Summary
Position Highlights:
The Sr. Learning and Engagement Advisor designs a comprehensive curriculum to align development efforts with overall workforce needs and key business initiatives. The role uses assessment measures to identify, design and facilitate robust instructional programs that enhance the ongoing skill development and knowledge of the workforce throughout their employment journey. With a primary focus on leadership development and facilitation, content areas may also include Organizational Development and Team Member Development. This role serves as a subject matter expert in the area of leadership development curriculum design and the use of targeted training to drive organizational effectiveness.

Proven experience in curriculum design.
Proven skills in use of digital learning technology and remote facilitation.
Proven leadership development program development and project management skills.
Exceptional communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills.
Ability to educate diverse audiences and work with all levels of staff.
Analytical skills necessary to gather, interpret and present data and make appropriate recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to honor confidentiality.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work independently or on teams, manage projects and meet deadlines.

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to support the growth and effectiveness of the workforce.Assess, identify, develop, implement, and evaluate organizational-wide development opportunities.
Serves as a curriculum designer and strategic learning advisor.
Contribute to the success of OD initiatives as a collaborative team member.
Credentials and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development or a related field required. Master's degree with at least five (5) years of related experience or Bachelor's degree with seven (7) years of experience.
