SR Logistics Coordinator
**Senior Logistics Coordinator** **Location:** **Fremont, CA** **Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm** **Pay: $33 to $36 an hour DOE** **Summary:** We are seeking a motivated **Senior Logistics Coordinator** to oversee and optimize supply chain operations. This hands-on role is responsible for shipping, receiving, order tracking, inventory management, and warehouse organization while mentoring junior team members. **Key Responsibilities:** + Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders + Oversee daily warehouse operations, including packaging and storage + Manage inventory tracking, lot traceability, and monthly reporting + Process domestic and international shipments, including customs documentation + Implement best practices in warehouse operations (5S methodology) + Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts + Maintain compliance with safety regulations (OSHA, EPA) **Qualifications:** + **Required:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration + **Experience:** 5+ years in logistics, shipping, and receiving operations; 2+ years in SAP inventory management (preferably in a regulated industry) + **Skills:** Strong analytical and organizational abilities, Excel proficiency (pivot tables, data analysis), ERP experience (preferably SAP) **Work Environment & Physical Requirements:** + Warehouse setting with moderate noise and occasional dust exposure + Stand, walk, or sit for up to 8 hours/day; lift up to 40 lbs + Requires safety shoes and synthetic gloves **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in medical device or regulated industries + Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and process improvement skills Join our team and make a meaningful impact on supply chain efficiency! **Apply today.** **Pay Details:** $33.00 to $36.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
