The eero Logistics team is growing! As a Senior Logistics Manager you will be an integral part in ensuring the continuity of eero’s supply chain and in enabling eero’s growth. To align with eero’s dynamic needs, this will be a hybrid role that will be 70% programs and 30% operations.
Key job responsibilities
Programs Scope:
You will be responsible for global analytics and reporting for the logistics team, including but not limited to the Logistics MBR (Monthly Business Review) and LCPR (Logistics Cost & Performance Report). You will enforce data quality in logistics systems (ERP, Freight Audit platform) to allow the logistics team to manage global operations and drive initiatives to improve global. You have experience working with project management software (e.g. JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana) and will be the PMO lead to ensure that programs and projects are effectively tracked, managed, and driven to completion.
You will build the Global Distributor Program which will enable eero to quickly expand its portfolio to global destinations. You will establish and enforce distributor metrics, manage onboarding of new distributors, and build SOPs for the eero-distributor relationship. You will be a key partner to the International Expansion team and help drive eero’s global expansion strategy as we launch in different geographies.
You will partner with internal teams to build out infrastructure for seamless inbound shipment tracking, and allow API or EDI tracking with eero’s Logistics Service Providers. You will be the main business point of contact to ensure that LSP data is accurately flowing into eero’s systems.
You will redefine the strategy of eero’s global outbound shipping rates and ensure that eero systems are scaled to provide competitive shipping rates to customers across the world. You will work with the Commercial Operations team to ensure that shipping rates are properly implemented to outbound orders. This will also entail maintaining overall profitability of the “DDP shipping” program, with the ever changing dynamics of global logistics.
You will help drive Warehouse 3PL implementation in the US and Singapore as eero expands and improves its global distribution network.
Operations Scope:
You will be the escalation point of contact of the eero EU 3PL warehouse and Logistics Service Providers (LSP) to ensure to smooth operations. You will review KPIs with our 3PLs and Freight Forwarders, and identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives with our vendors.
You will be responsible for US import and export customs operations, ensuring that eero’s customs brokers and partner trade teams are following established SOPs. You will review import and export operations metrics and drive efficiency improvements.
You will be responsible global inventory levels for international samples, and collaborate with the Planning team to ensure that customers and partners are able to receive international samples and warranty replacement units in the most efficient manner.
This role may require domestic and/or international travel 2-4 times per year.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- 7-10 years of experience with at least 5 years experience working in a logistics service provider (freight forwarder, ocean or air carrier, logistics technology provider) or on the logistics team of a manufacturer or producer
- Knowledge of import/export compliance and logistics processes applicable to technology products
Preferred Qualifications
- Has experience in logistics vendor management, including but not limited working directly with an international freight forwarder, domestic truck broker, 3PL warehouse, and customs broker.
- Self starter. Work independently across a global team in an ambiguous environment.
- Ability to work and drive project deliverables with stakeholders across different teams
- Pricing and procurement experience a plus
- Do the work and improve the work. Willing to get your hands dirty to understand the process - in order to build a workflow or system to streamline the process!
- Excellent analytical, project management, and writing skills
- Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to manage several initiatives simultaneously
- Comfortable interacting with ERP systems on a daily basis (Netsuite a plus)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $103,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
