The role you’ll contribute:

Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and systems throughout the facility. Inspects and tests equipment. Monitors utility and structural repairs as needed, aligns teams as per need.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

· Installs, tests, maintains and repairs mechanical machinery, equipment and systems as scheduled or needed

· Performs utility and structural repairs as needed, alone or in collaboration with internal/external trades

· Monitors repair of mechanical machinery, equipment and systems as scheduled or needed

· Documents and maintains records of inspections and work performed pursuant to departmental policies and warranty/vendor requirements

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· High School Grad or Equiv and 2 years experience

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

· Associate or Technical degree in a related field, or combination of High School degree and related experience

· Trade School Completion/Certification

· 3 of technical experience Preferred
