You will play a key role in performing advanced installation, troubleshooting, and repairs while adhering to safety and compliance standards. **Schedule:** 12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:30 AM), Thursday - Saturday, alternating Wednesdays
**Training Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (2-6 weeks)
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing, utility, and facility equipment.
+ Develop, write, and complete quality and safety documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Change Controls, Non-Conformance Reports, Work Orders, Job Plans, and Hazard Risk Assessments.
+ Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, utility plants, analytical labs, and contracted services.
+ Train and support staff on equipment operation and safety procedures.
+ Provide audit support, review and approve maintenance reports, and revise technical documentation.
+ Interpret and update loop sheets, electrical schematics, P&IDs, I/O wiring, and panel drawings.
+ Ensure proper reconciliation of components and products while maintaining compliance with packaging and inspection processes.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
+ Experience in filling and finishing manufacturing, preferably vial inspection.
+ Strong understanding of measurements, calculations, and the metric system.
+ Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
+ **Education & Experience:**
+ Associate degree with **4+ years** of relevant experience **OR**
+ High school diploma/GED with **6+ years** of relevant experience.
