**DESCRIPTION** **\#Hybrid** , in the office Monday - Wednesday. You will be responsible for conducting **retail sales analysis** , developing and executing **business plans** , implementing **customer service strategies** , and providing **sales support** for retail operations in Rogers, AR **RESPONSIBILITIES** + **Partner** with business managers and clients to **develop strategic plans and insights** for Walmart’s multiple clients. + **Create major business insights presentations** , including customer, account, and client business reviews, new item introductions, and category reviews. + Coordinate with business managers to ensure timely completion of **base presentations** for the **Walmart** team. + Utilize and understand **syndicated** **POS** and **panel data** (e.g., **Circana, NielsenIQ, Numerator** ), Walmart **Luminate** , and loyalty data for **category and line reviews** . + Compile and analyze **monthly reports** for assigned clients on the **Walmart** team. + Participate in **designing** , **implementing** , and **evaluating** local co-marketing events with business managers and clients. + **Visit customers in the market** with business managers and assist in conducting store audits for merchandising and inventory requirements. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree **Work experience:** + Prior experience in **data analysis** and/or systems, with a fundamental understanding of the technology required to operate these systems. + High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including **Excel** , **PowerPoint** , Word, **Power BI** , and Outlook. + Experience with or the ability to learn **syndicated** d **ata tools** such as **NielsenIQ, Discover,** and **Circana** Unify. + **Effective communication** skills and the ability to operate office equipment such as calculators, computers, printers, fax machines, telephones, and copiers. + Excellent **written** and **verbal** communication skills. **Physical Requirements:** + Seeing + Listening + Color Perception + Analysis/Comprehension + Judgment/Decision Making **ABOUT US** Acosta, and its subsidiaries, is an Equal Opportunity Employer **Job Category:** Marketing **Position Type:** Full time **Business Unit:** Sales **Salary Range:** $72,600.00 - $90,800.00 **Company:** Acosta Employee Holdco LLC **Req ID:** 2763
