Sr Manager, Claims - General Liability
The pay range is $89,700.00 - $161,500.00

Working within Risk Management, your mission will be to leverage your expertise to balance proactive protection and real-time mitigation of risks. We serve our organization and guests with solutions that create value, mitigate risk, influence and enable the business while ensuring compliance 

As a Sr. Claims Manager, General Liability/Auto Liability, you will manage claims processes and outcomes for both litigated and non-litigated claims.  You will be a subject matter expert that develops claim negotiation strategy and provides authority on claims within your authority level.  You will work closely with Target's TPA to develop and execute routines to ensure quality claims handling, drive positive outcomes, and reduce claim severity.  This includes KPI monitoring and trend review to drive real time program adjustments.  This position is responsible to build a strong relationship with Target legal to manage and make recommendations on litigated claims. You will also work cross functionally to drive execution of programs that support Target's claim philosophy across the organization.

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performedboth onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
