In addition, this role will also be responsible for quarterly and annual planning against customer targets, load mix and activating MRC. Requires a proven track record in scaling multi-billion-dollar portfolios, a high level of financial acumen, and comfortability in presenting to the C-Suite on a regular basis.

Provides strategic recommendations to capture new customers segments and drive accelerated growth within rapidly growing Fiber footprint.Manages offer and portfolio business performance including tracking of results, market invest budget, competitive wargaming, preparing and developing multiple iterations of pricing and promotional efforts to attack and respond to changes in fluid and ultra-competitive environment.Leads with integrity working cross-functionally in operations, supply chain, finance, integrated marketing, product management, analytics, consumer insights, pricing and more to develop and execute winning acquisition strategies.Effectively lead each team member with a focus on growth mindset and career development.Proven experience of driving growth at the regional level, therefore, this leader is expected to have strong connection, execution leadership into the field teams including 25-30% travel required.The Experience You’ll Bring
7+ years of progressive experience (2+ years managing teams) in Commercial related functions (i.e., Pricing, FP&A, Category Management, Portfolio Management, Analytics, or Corporate Strategy.Strong communications skills by presentation, written and verbal methods with frequent C-Level presentations.Experience in analyzing customer, business, and industry data to drive business performance.Knowledge of financial drivers, experience in managing return on investment objectives, ability to develop high level financial models and review quarterly forecasts and budgets.Ability to influence, lead and coach cross functional teams and champion new concepts and ideas.Experience in the Residential Broadband Category preferred (Fiber, MSO, ILEC, etc.)Enough about what you’ve done. Base Pay Range: $121,700 - $219,700Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
