Sr Manager, Compensation

Our solutions improve the techniques and outcomes of surgery so patients can resume their lives as quickly as possible. **Position Summary** **:** Reporting to the VP of Global Total Rewards & HRIS, this role oversees the development, implementation, and management of global compensation programs to ensure competitive and cost-effective compensation policies. Responsibilities include managing the job architecture program, annual compensation planning, and short- and long-term incentive plans. Develops and administers new and revised compensation programs, policies, and procedures to align with company goals and competitive practices. Conducts audits and provides reports to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations. **Essential Functions** **:** _Compensation Strategy and Design:_ + Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies that align with the organization's business objectives. + Design and oversee the administration of base salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation programs. + Conduct regular reviews of compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. _Market Analysis and Benchmarking:_ + Conduct market analysis and salary benchmarking to determine competitive compensation levels. + Analyze compensation data and trends to make informed recommendations for adjustments to compensation plans. + Maintain relationships with compensation survey providers and participate in compensation surveys. _Job Evaluation and Classification:_ + Lead job evaluation and classification processes to ensure roles are appropriately levelled and compensated. + Collaborate with HR business partners and managers to ensure job descriptions accurately reflect job responsibilities and requirements. _Compliance and Governance:_ + Ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations. + Develop and implement compensation policies and procedures. + Monitor and ensure adherence to internal compensation guidelines and practices. _Annual Compensation Planning Process:_ + Design and manage performance-based compensation programs, including annual merit increases, bonuses, and long-term incentive plans. _Data Analysis and Reporting:_ + Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for senior leadership and stakeholders. + Use data to identify trends, forecast compensation costs, and make strategic recommendations. + Develop and maintain compensation dashboards and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of compensation programs. _Stock Administration_ + Manages the administration of employee equity grant and/or purchase plan(s) + Processes transactions with outsourced vendors and brokers for employee exercise of stock option and other equity grants + Ensures tracking and maintenance of employee equity database + Works on special projects related to equity design, granting and reporting + Coordinates with Legal to maintain the opening and closing of the insider trading windows, and access person listings and section 16 officers trade restrictions in the equity system _Communication and Education:_ + Develops and delivers compensation communication programs and policies to employees and managers. + Conduct training sessions for HR teams and business leaders on compensation topics. + Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation issues and provide guidance to HR business partners and management. + Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive HR strategy and improve overall employee experience _Other:_ + Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.
