Position: Senior Finance Manager - Finance Transformation

Job Summary:

We are seeking an expert and multifaceted Senior Finance Manager to drive the end-to-end transformation of Quote to Cash within the Project Eagle initiative. The Senior Finance Manager will play a key role in implementing solutions to ensure accurate scoping, pricing, project visibility, project management, and compliance with revenue recognition requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance transformation, Accounts receivable, general accounting, and strong analyst skills.

Responsibilities:

Finance Process Optimization:

Assess and redesign current finance processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.Identify and implement improvements across accounts payable, receivable, financial reporting, and other finance functions.Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of new finance technologies and systems (e.g., ERP, automation tools, financial reporting software).Own the effort to modernize financial tools and platforms to enhance reporting, forecasting, and analytics capabilities.

Data Analytics and Reporting Enhancement:

Lead initiatives to enhance data analytics capabilities within the finance department.Design dashboards, reporting templates, and critical metrics that provide real-time financial insights to leadership.Improve reporting timeliness to advise business decisions better.Lead end-to-end transformation projects, from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Track and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays on time.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.Proven experience in finance transformation and process optimization.Strong knowledge of quoting, billing, credit, collections, and cash application processes.Experience in identifying and addressing process gaps and risks.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Excellent collaboration and project management abilities.Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.Proficiency in process improvement methodologies and tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requirements:

Proven ability in finance, accounting, or financial systems transformation, focusing on the Quote to Cash process.Experience working on process transformation and optimization projects.Availability to travel occasionally, as required.
