This position reports to the VP of Finance for TA and Clinical, supporting the China and APAC TA Business and consists of being a business partner to the China and APAC Commercial Teams
Responsibilities Modeling and Business cases for partnerships, deals and new business initiatives.Deliver insights that drive profitable growth and support business in maximizing this growthSupport the China and APAC Commercial teams to achieve their goals, including forecasting reviewSpending control, approval and process improvement to minimize administrative time spent by the Commercial Team while ensuring complianceExplanation of variances to Forecast or AOP and implementation of measures to reach targetsPreparation of AOP P&L with Commercial TeamsDevelop and mentor Direct ReportCoordination with Accounting and Customer Operations teams to get input for accurate forecast and reporting of top line and expenses Qualifications BA or BS required and 10+ years of experience in a Finance Business Partner or FP&A capacity.Possesses relevant business and industry trend knowledge.Demonstrated skills in employee management and HR administration.Excellent oral and written communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of Management.Ability to work within a complex matrix structure.Demonstrated comfort in all aspects of decision making including highly complex and ambiguous situations.Solid interpersonal and decision-making skills along with a take charge attitudeSense of urgency and flexibility to adapt and respond to complex and changing needs of the organizationMotivated, self-starter with exceptional organization skills and an eye for detailsKnowledge of an ERP system & Microsoft Office Required Company DescriptionWaters Corporation (NYSE: WAT), the world's leading specialty measurement company, has pioneered chromatography, mass spectrometry and thermal analysis innovations serving the life, materials, and food sciences for over 60 years.
