Sr Manager, Hospital Outreach

The Senior Manager of Hospital Outreach will lead a team of Dialysis Transition Managers. These individuals are responsible for conducting outreach to hospitals in an effort to improve the transition of care experience for renal patients transitioning from the hospital to outpatient dialysis. This leader will drive change through others by helping to coach teammates in order to improve the quality of outreach and enable learnings and feedback from these key hospital stakeholders. They will be required to work cross functionally to identify, prioritize, and communicate the opportunities that will have the greatest impact on patient and hospital experience.  

The Senior Manager will work with a team of highly motivated and entrepreneurial individuals and is expected to: (1) effectively lead work streams with dependencies on many different business units, (2) collaborate well throughout the organization, and (3) communicate recommendations to senior executives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Experience leading othersExperience driving transformational change through teams from concept through implementation with tangible impact on operating/financial performance5-10 years of total work experience in progressive rolesExperience or degree in a healthcare related field strongly preferred

Salary/ Wage Range

$76,000.00 - $129,000.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
