What You'll Do:
The Sr Manager, HR Process Excellence is a key member of the Corporate HR team. This role is responsible for leading teams through process harmonization and optimization projects with the goal of improving efficiency and effectiveness by streamlining process, leveraging technology to reduce manual effort, and enhancing the employee experience.
Review and analyze all Human Resources platforms, processes and applications to optimize HR process and systems, by conducting stakeholder interviews, process mapping exercises, and data analysis activities to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
Facilitates blue sky sessions to define innovative and optimized future state solutions
Partner with HRIS for HR reporting, metrics, and data analysis needs
May define technical requirements in partnership with technical teams to implement technology and tools to reduce manual effort
Provide project management leadership and communications for complex projects as well as anticipate and raise risks and propose mitigation plans
Partners with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and obtains sponsorship from key stakeholders and leaders by using analytics to support recommendations
Align with HR policies and security procedures
Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships and implement effective communication programs
Partner with Document Specialist and key stakeholders to create process documentation, including standard operating procedures and training guides
What Experience and Education You Need:
Seven (7) years relevant business experience
Bachelor’s Degree in related area
Oracle HCM Cloud experience
Will need to be an expert in process improvement and have the ability to translate challenging, ambiguous or visionary concepts to conclusion with team members across multiple functions
Excellent and proactive communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization and across organizational boundaries
Data analysis and predictive modeling experience; ability to execute complex analysis and synthesize into a dashboard to socialize, influence and drive action across the organization
Self-motivated, organized and capable of proactively identifying, sourcing, and handling multiple projects to successful completion
Strong computer skills: proficient with MS Outlook, Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
What Could Set You Apart:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration
Strong functional Human Resources knowledge
Physical Requirements :
Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, with frequent interruptions
Requires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, and reaching, or bending
Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work
Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasks
May require travel by automobile and airplane for business
May require visits to warehouse operations in temperatures at or below freezing
May require carrying loads related to travel and the occasional lifting, carrying, positioning, and/or moving of objects weighing up to 20 pounds
Requires the use of various electronic tools
