Be a part of helping others to Live Well! **Job Description** We are seeking a Senior Manager, International Marketing to join our global headquarters team and lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies for GNC’s International Franchise business. This role is central to shaping the global brand vision while delivering impactful marketing resources, campaigns, and programs to our franchisees. You will focus on driving growth through strategic global initiatives, digital-first marketing, and customized campaigns that enhance franchisee performance and brand engagement across diverse markets. As a consultative partner, you will work closely with international franchisees and local market leaders, providing the tools, resources, and expertise needed to implement global initiatives successfully. This includes ensuring brand consistency and driving business results through localized campaigns. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of global strategies across all markets. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in global marketing, with a deep understanding of franchise or wholesale business models and the expertise to leverage diverse marketing channels (such as digital, out-of-home, in-store, content, etc.) to drive customer acquisition and brand relevance worldwide. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Lead the creation and execution of international omni-channel marketing strategies that align with GNC’s global brand vision, providing franchise teams with the tools necessary to localize and implement successful marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness, consideration, and conversion in their markets + Act as a consultative partner to franchisees, providing them with customized marketing programs, recommendations, and resources in a variety of marketing channels, including digital, events, public relations, email, affiliate/influencer programs, and in-store + Develop international-specific marketing campaigns and resources and work cross-functionally with the U.S. marketing team to create international-appropriate variations of domestic marketing campaigns + Build and maintain excellent relationships with cross-functional and franchise teams, acting as a leader, expert, and key business unit representative within the organization + Manage and develop a group of internal marketing and creative team members, plus all external freelancers and agencies, ensuring prioritization of day-to-day tasks are aligned to annual and long-term strategic goals + Ensure team’s project timelines and release calendars for franchisee projects and initiatives are met and detail specific tasks, responsible parties, and deliverables + Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the overall international marketing budget + Recognize project goals and analyze the scope of work and cost to identify the best course of action + Negotiate contracts and costs for freelancers and agency fees + Oversee the Marketing Approval Process to ensure franchise-led marketing campaigns meet digital, in-store, and overall marketing brand standards worldwide + Lead the creation and presentation of various marketing webinars and updates to executive team members + Create process and procedures to accomplish strategic marketing objectives + Additional duties as assigned **SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Responsible for supervising a team of employees + Responsible for supervising multiple projects **PHYSICAL ASPECTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:** + Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands or finger to handle or feel; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient enough to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required + Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred + 8+ years progressive Marketing experience required, with a diverse range of experience in multiple marketing channels, including digital and performance marketing, events, public relations, email, affiliate/influencer programs, and in-store + 5+ years in a leadership role (direct or indirect) with prior managerial/supervisory experience required + Prior experience in an International, Wholesale, or related industry required + Strong proficiency in identifying, tracking, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics across various marketing channels with the demonstrated ability to generate actionable insights from data, prepare detailed reports, and optimize marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth + Prior experience creating and maintaining a marketing budget + Prior experience creating and managing relationships and negotiating agreements with various marketing agencies and freelancers + Prior experience and proven skills in Project Management and workflow software + Proficient in graphic design process and outputs + Knowledge of digital asset management systems and cloud-based file sharing systems + Proven track record of strong decision-making skills + High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications + Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills + Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning) + Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts + Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients + Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment + Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management + Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting + Secondary language skills a plus **Benefit Offerings** Benefit Offerings: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Paid Company Life Insurance, 401K program with company match, 30% employee merchandise discount on GNC products & 20% employee discount on 3rd party products, Monthly Free Product Offers, and access to the Employee Assistance Program.
