Sr Manager, Last Mile Finance

We are proud to offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets. **If you are a current associate of Primo Brands, please apply via MyADP.** Compensation - $150k-$160k + STI & LTI Responsibilities Reporting to the Director, Finance the **Senior Manager, Finance** will lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive company performance within the Last Mile businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FP&A, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in managing complex financial models and business partnerships. In addition, the Senior Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a direct report within the FP&A team + Lead the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives + Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to senior leadership for decision-making and operational improvements + Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to assess business performance, identify trends, and forecast future financial outcomes. + Perform variance analysis and provide detailed explanations for deviations from budget and forecasts, recommending corrective actions when needed. + Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects, including scenario planning, profitability analysis, and cost optimization initiatives. + Partner with business leaders to drive financial performance, offering recommendations and insights to improve operational efficiency and financial results. + Manage and mentor a financial analyst, providing guidance and professional development opportunities to foster growth and high performance + Ensure that financial reporting is accurate, timely, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. + Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure proper alignment between financial planning and actual results. Qualifications + BA degree in Finance or Accounting required, MBA preferred + Prior experience in a similar Finance role + Prior experience technical experience working across varying ERPs, with good knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Essbase. + Willingness and enthusiasm to challenge existing ways of working and methods + Agile and flexible in response to new demands and changes + Strong presentation skills - the ability to be able to interact with both external and internal customers and effectively communicate thoughts and ideas. + Strong interpersonal skills - be able to effectively work Operating Partners of all levels + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to analyze and interpret contractual, financial, technical, operational data and contracts. + Strong influencing skills - the ability to influence decision making of members of Sales, Finance, and Operations in matters of financial performance Primo Brands’ established portfolio includes billion-dollar brands Poland Spring® and Pure Life®, premium brands like Saratoga® and Mountain Valley®, regional leaders such as Arrowhead®, Deer Park®, Ice Mountain® Ozarka®, and Zephyrhills®, purified brands, Primo Water® and Sparkletts®, and flavored and enhanced brands like Splash® and AC+ION®.
