Our solutions improve the techniques and outcomes of surgery so patients can resume their lives as quickly as possible. **Position Summary:** As a Senior Manager of Lean Manufacturing, you are accountable for leading the development and implementation of lean strategy and culture for NuVasive Manufacturing to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. Create a lean training program for the entire organization to further the growth of our people. Coach various leaders of multi-functional areas in lean practices.
