Sr Manager, Managed Services

The Senior Manager, Managed Services will be responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and growth of Rogers’ Managed Services portfolio. This role will focus on enhancing customer experience, ensuring operational excellence, and driving revenue growth through Managed Services offerings. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, product, operations, and technical teams to develop and deliver end-to-end managed solutions tailored to customer needs.

 

What you'll be doing:

1. Business & Sales Strategy Execution

Lead and execute the Managed Services strategy aligned with Rogers' Advanced Services vision.

Drive revenue growth by collaborating with regional sales teams and enabling solution-based selling.

Establish strong partnerships with enterprise and public sector clients to position Rogers as a trusted Managed Services provider.

2. Operational & Service Excellence

Oversee the delivery and execution of Managed Services offerings, ensuring high-quality service performance and SLAs.

Collaborate with Network Operations, Service Management, and Product Teams to enhance service reliability and efficiency.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize customer experience.

3. Leadership & Team Development

Lead and mentor a team of Service Managers and Technical Experts supporting Managed Services clients.

Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across the Managed Services organization.

Drive employee engagement and professional growth through coaching and development programs.

4. Customer & Partner Engagement

Serve as the primary escalation point for Managed Services customers, ensuring quick resolution of issues.

Work with vendor partners to enhance service offerings and expand the Managed Services portfolio.

Engage in customer success planning, ensuring alignment between Rogers’ services and customer business objectives.

5. Product & Market Evolution

Collaborate with Product Management to drive innovation and expansion of Managed Services solutions.

Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market dynamics.

Support the development of go-to-market strategies for new and existing Managed Services solutions.

 

What you will bring:

8+ years of experience in telecommunications, IT services, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of Managed Services, Cloud, Data Centre, Network, and Security solutions.

Proven experience in leading service delivery, technical teams, and customer success initiatives.

Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate technical solutions into customer value propositions.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in public sector, enterprise, or federal government sales is an asset.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field.

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week.
