Responsibilities
The Senior Manager of Marketing & Communications is responsible for proactively building relationships with prospects, providers, and community partners consistent with the organization's marketing strategy and goals. To that end, the position is responsible for lead generation marketing, plan growth, ensuring staff are knowledgeable and prospects informed of plan products, features, and differentiation.
This role is directly responsible for creating and executing marketing initiatives derived and prioritized via collaboration with Health Plan Sales and Sales Operations for growth in multiple markets. This role will directly report to Sr. Director of Marketing and Communications with regular directional input and collaboration with leadership.
This position will require someone who is a self-starter with experience providing hands-on execution and implementation of strategies. A seasoned professional with the ability to interact, support, and counsel all stakeholders is a must in this role.

Salary Range: $ 122,247 - $151,015 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Qualifications
Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related major
Preferred: Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
Experience
Required: 10+ years of experience in marketing roles; extremely strong and proven marketing experience from
creation to execution to help drive growth strategies and reach key demographics/markets. (agency, or in-
house corporate).
7+ Years of management experience
Preferred: Healthcare industry experience; Proven experience running and leading multiple campaigns

Required: Understanding of health plan marketing
