Job Title: Sr. Manager, Program Finance Job Code: 20520 Job Location: Wilmington, MA Job Schedule: 9/80 Job Description: The Space Superiority & Imaging Division is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Program Finance to oversee its Agile Electro-Optics (AEO) Business Area headquartered in Wilmington, MA with additional operations in Rochester, NY. This role is an integral member of the Business Area Senior Leadership team and is accountable for all aspects of financial performance. This includes: earned value reporting and compliance of large complex programs; on time and accurate submission of financial deliverables (internal and external); financial planning and analysis (FP&A); leading Business Area Annual Operating Plan and the Joint Strategic Plan financial processes; partnering with the General Manager, Program Managers and functional leadership teams to develop and execute Business Area near term and long term strategy. Estimated 10% travel to Rochester, NY will be required for this position. Essential Functions: + Responsible for the financial performance and oversight of the business area including financial planning & analysis (FP&A); program finance of large complex programs; and pursuit financial review during proposal gate process. + Provide strategic financial leadership & partnership to foster and drive business success. + Lead and develop the finance team to ensure cross functional effectiveness. + Ensure Business Area adherence to financial policies, practices and procedures + Assess business risk and develop and execute business-wide growth and improvement plans. + Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of management and subordinates including executive level presentations and briefings. + Lead, evaluate, integrate and support change management and process improvements. + Develop financial performance reporting to support business decision making. + Exisiting US security clearance (TS/SCI) or must be able to obtain upon hire. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience. Preferred Additional Skills: + Strong business acumen; understands business implications of decisions; demonstrates knowledge of market and competition. + A self-starter; highly motivated; a strong work ethic; ability to promote respect, trust & mobilize organization to fulfill the vision + Prior experience with a government contractor or with an aerospace and defense company + Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Earned Value Management + Master's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.
