Sr Manager, Security Development & Engineering

Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us “challenge the status quo” and transform the finance industry together._ + Consult with development teams, providing application security guidance and recommendations. + Perform secure code reviews, reading and understanding flaws and vulnerabilities in code and how to remediate and mitigate them. + Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define strategy and scope of software automation requirements. + Deliver new concepts and features through software automation development. **What you have** **Required** + Experience with Security tools such as SAST (Veracode preferred), DAST, Threat Modeling + Experience with the Secure Software Development Life Cycle + Expert-level understanding and experience with OWASP, MITRE + Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering OR related degree and/or practical experience + Advanced .NET development skills, typically built through 7+ years of applicable experience developing in .NET/.NET Core/JavaScript + Advanced scripting/coding experience in C# and other languages + Experience with source code repositories tools such as BitBucket, GitHub + Experience with databases (SQL Server is preferred) + Professional experience with distributed multi-tier applications + Ability to troubleshoot and debug software issues + Ability to conceptualize the best tactical approach for a team to deliver a solution + Demonstrated ability and interest in coaching and mentoring other engineers + Ability to effectively communicate complex software solutions to both technical and nontechnical audiences + Effective relationship builder: ability to partner cross-functionally, cross-enterprise and work effectively with various levels of the organization **Preferred** + Experience building automation solutions through software development + Advanced development skills in other languages, such as Java + Knowledge of Web Content Management Systems + Technical security certifications such as: CISSP, CSSLP, CCSP, CEH + Experience with cloud technologies **What you'll do:** + This is an Individual Contributor role and does not have direct people leadership responsibilities. + Application Security- implementing industry standard security practices through code, while adhering to internal standards and policies. + Mentoring and guiding less experiences staff, helping to derive sound application security solutions. + Application development with a focus on improving processes through automation.
