Sr Manager, Strategic Initiatives - Calvin Klein
The Sr. Manager, Strategic Initiatives is responsible for leading key projects, initiative rollouts, and process improvement efforts within our stores. This includes leading the operational execution of all store-based real estate activity – new stores, remodels, closures, and refreshes. The Sr. Manager uses strong project management skills, in-store analysis, and measurement practices to conduct diagnostic work, assess workload, analyze findings, and recommend efficiency and innovation process improvements. The Sr. Manager prioritizes projects, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and supports the implementation and performance management of new processes and practices. This position works closely with Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger field teams, as well as internal shared support partners.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Lead calls and track project status for real estate initiatives, including store refreshes, renovations, relocations, and new store openings
+ Manage new store initiatives and projects from inception to completion
+ Track and report project progress and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability
+ Create procedural content and direction related to in-store initiatives to ensure consistent implementation
+ Lead cross-functional meetings to foster collaboration around process improvements and implementations
+ Determine best practices and build process improvements in stores to improve operational efficiency
+ Manage in-store studies, tests, and pilots to prove ROI and develop operational efficiencies
+ Analyze and report baseline versus improvement productivity results to measure the impact of initiatives
+ Measure and update Labor Standards which drive the store payroll allocation model
+ Create or update standard operating procedures, content, and direction to maintain consistency and compliance
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor Degree required
+ 5-8 years of related experience
+ Store-based real estate execution and project management experience is a requirement
+ Industrial Engineering measurement experience or degree preferred
+ Must have store-based work measurement experience and project management skills. Must have experience in leading tests / pilots and in leading change management. Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills
+ Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required, with strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills are also required

Pay Range:$120,000 - $150,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
