Sr Manager, T Life Product Marketing

The Sr Manager, T Life Product Marketing leads a team of Product Marketing Managers that collaborate with product and marketing partners to drive product marketing strategy for T Life. This role provides supervision, direction and coaching to Product Marketing Managers and ensures they have a deep understanding of the consumer product mentality, market position, and the digital & app ecosystem. This position defines marketing requirements, product positioning, messaging, and content strategy to drive T Life downloads, ongoing engagement, and results against enterprise objecitves.

Responsibilities:

Selects, leads and evaluates a team of Product Marketers.Provides ongoing coaching, guidance and individual professional development to their team.Increases sales pipeline and prospects by developing product positioning, value propositions and messaging that resonate with customers and produce the source messaging blueprint.Liaisons with leadership to drive the right pricing and promotional mix that meet business objectives while improving revenue and margins.Coordinates the creation of product content to be used both internally and externally, including collateral, data sheets, technical briefs, whitepapers, videos and customer-facing presentations.Supports team in facilitating presentations, webinars and training sessions to non-technical audiences.Drives team to collaborate and build effective sales tools, training materials, FAQS that enable sales, SE’s and partners to sell effectively.Supports launch planning and orchestrates execution of the commercial release of new products and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.Works across the team and cross-functionally to monitor and report on the performance of products and communicate results of related sales and marketing efforts to key partners.Uses business analysis and customer research to drive product strategy, develop marketing requirements, ensure product retention and support business outcomes.Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Qualifications:

7+ years experience delivering successful, comprehensive product marketing outcomes2+ years supervisory and/or leadership experienceStrong leadership skills with validated ability to drive individuals and teams toward results; capacity to effectively provide feedback and coaching, able to mentor and guide individuals and/or teamsExperience developing go-to-market strategies, messaging and related tactics in close collaboration with Product Management and SalesA strong technical foundation, including experience delivering segment-specific solutionsExtensive customer interaction experience and customer success storytellingStrong communication skills (verbal and written) and strong content development skills (crisp messaging and compelling presentation of content) as well as excellent presentation, writing and editing skillsValidated interaction, interface and project management with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing programs/campaigns, demand generation, field marketing and salesKnowledge of product management best practices, agile methodologyBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field of study such as Computer Science required

Base Pay Range: $127,900 - $230,700

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
