Sr Manager, Technical Accounting & External Reporting
Join our global finance team as a Senior Manager of Technical Accounting & External Reporting! In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the External Reporting Director and collaborate with Controlling and Finance teams to ensure compliance with US GAAP and deliver accurate quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements. This is an exciting opportunity to lead technical accounting matters and contribute to our company's strategic financial projects. _This position has a hybrid schedule, the reporting office is located in Manhattan, NY._ **Key Responsibilities:** + Oversee US GAAP compliance and manage technical accounting aspects. + Lead the accounting process for complex transactions and contracts. + Collaborate with external auditors to resolve reporting issues and ensure accurate filings. + Develop and document global accounting policies and advise on compliant practices. + Participate in key projects, including the implementation of new accounting standards and M&A initiatives. + Present financial findings to senior management and key stakeholders. **What We’re Looking For:** + Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting; master’s preferred. + U.S. CPA (or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience, including time in a Big Four audit firm. + Expertise in US GAAP, SEC filing, and experience working with external auditors. + Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. + Ability to navigate complex accounting issues and drive solutions across the business. + Experience with multi-country operations and consolidation systems like Oracle EPM is a plus. **Why Join Us?** This is a great opportunity to take ownership of high-impact financial reporting while working in a dynamic, global environment.
