Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Workforce Innovation to drive the transformation of our workforce to meet the evolving demands of the future of work. This strategic role will drive business unit strategies and collaborate across functions to design and implement innovative workforce solutions that align with our technology advancement and business evolution goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Engagement (50%)
Develop and implement workforce innovation strategies aligned with business unit goalsIdentify and prioritize opportunities to use AI and other emerging technologies to enhance productivity and streamline workflowsAct as an internal consultant to business unit leaders to understand workforce needs, challenges, and opportunitiesPartner with leaders to identify roles impacted by technological advancements and create strategic roadmaps for job redesign, reskilling, and redeployment planningDevelop frameworks and tools to assess job impact, reimagine workflows, and implement updated job profilesCollaborate with ES and Learning & Development teams to create tailored reskilling programs, equipping employees with future-ready skillsEstablish metrics to measure the success of reskilling initiatives and ensure alignment with long-term talent strategiesFuture Workforce Research and Innovation (30%)
Identify effective frameworks and interventions to drive a culture of internal mobility and continuous learningPartner with technology teams to explore and integrate AI-driven solutions that enhance workforce efficiency and adaptabilityEducate and enable teams across the organization to effectively use AI and other advanced toolsStay informed on workforce trends, standard methodologies, and innovations to ensure the organization remains competitive and agilePilot and implement workforce transformation projects, measuring and scaling successful initiativesChange Implementation (20%)
Drive organizational change management strategies to support workforce innovation initiativesBuild communication plans to engage team members and gain consensus for transformation effortsSupport the deployment and adoption of new workforce strategies and toolsCollaborate with Employee Success team to develop success metrics and tracking mechanismsRequired Qualifications
7+ years of experience in workforce transformation, job or organizational design, consulting, talent management, organizational development, or related fieldsTrack record of leading large-scale workforce innovation or transformation initiativesStrong understanding of AI, automation, and emerging technologies and their impact on the workforceExcellent consulting, collaboration, and relationship-building skillsExceptional communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organizationExperience working across various business functions and collaborator groupsExperience in any of the following: workforce transformation, AI Agents, skills, future of workExcellence in stakeholder management and executive communicationKnowledge of emerging technologies and their impact on workforce evolutionHighly organized, proactive, and strategic problem-solverAbility to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneouslyAccommodations

Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $169,600 to $233,200.For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800.Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
