We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Description Summary
The Relationship Manager will be responsible of orchestrating efforts to drive revenue and market share growth while ensuring unparalleled service levels. Through open and collaborative engagements, the Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining successful long-term relationships with our key merchants.Responsibilities:Build relationships with Merchant’s senior management that engenders: trust, confidence, loyalty, awareness and mutual benefit.Analyze and understand the client and their business including future direction of the business. Responsible for cross-selling products and services to meet customer goals.Focus on resolving issues that threaten merchant health.Conduct quarterly review meetings jointly with Merchants to conduct look-back and to discuss objectives and how we can help going forward.Coordinate efforts with different channels to maximize merchant acquisition and activation.Develop reports to track the results and summarize analytical trends to establish actionable recommendations. Drives implementation; oversees quality and delivery of integration and marketing commitments.

Job Description:

5+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development.Must be Bilingual English/Spanish.Bachelor Degree required.Proven experience on managing top customer portfolio.Experience in managing top customers and negotiating at a C- levels.Experience managing complex customer issues from inception through resolutionStrong analytical skills and proven track of driving results consistently.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment.Must have previous experience selling in complex environments and non-traditional industries.Experience on selling financial services goods is desirable (banking or financial institutions).Experience in "start-up" environment a plus.High negotiation skills.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Must be a pro-active self-starter, high on initiative and comfortable taking charge in highly matrixed, “virtual team” environment.Capable of leading cross-functional teams.Ability to work in several projects at the same time.Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial spirit.A positive, self-motivating attitude is a most.The drive to be a top performer and continue to grow his/her career.
