Growing together.** The Med Supplement Senior Manager of Product Management role focuses on leading product strategy, development and lifecycle management for Med Supplement products. This position is responsible for driving product innovations and enhancements to meet customer needs while ensuring regulatory compliance and competitive positioning. This role supports the View Plans and Pricing tool within the Med Supplement space. Key responsibilities include collaborating cross functionally to deliver business goals, managing product performance and optimizing offerings to improve consumer satisfaction. This ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands on product management experience to deliver impactful solutions within the View Plans and Pricing Med Supplemental space. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Collaborate & initiate solutioning  + Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), actively seeking out how current experiences work, defining and articulating gaps in desired optimized experiences and/or identifying needs required to fulfill new consumer experiences + Expand consumer digital capabilities within the MedSup space + Expand details to the Product capabilities + Define dependencies, risks, and acceptance criteria + Provide supportive information and documentation, articulate definitions + Handoff full requirements to the Product Owner for capability/feature execution + Coordinates between front-end experience (Consumer facing) and back-end (Development) capability You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. **Required Qualifications:** + 3+ years of Digital Product experience using Agile methodology (ideally Product Manager, Product Analyst experience, and/or Product Owner) + 2+ years developing user-centered experiences for consumer-facing objectives + 1+ years of experience using analytics to drive business decisions + 1+ years building, developing, gaining stakeholder buy-in and executing on product strategy and digital road maps for digital user experiences + 1+ years of experience understanding and optimizing the user experience funnel, leveraging testing and personalization tools (i.e. Adobe Target, etc.) + Understanding of the digital landscape and user experience best practices + Solid communication skills, including written, spoken, and presentation communications + Ability to develop and maintain relationships to establish trust and credibility across a matrixed, cross-functional team + Experience building A/B test road maps, executing and monitoring + Knowledge of health insurance and Med Supplement product space *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy The salary range for this role is $106,800 to $194,200 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with al minimum wage laws as applicable.
